Refund Terms and Conditions

1: When you initially pay for the course, there is an automatic standard 10% online refund surcharge if for any reason you do not actually begin the course and we have to refund you.

2: Elevate are solely responsible for refunding you via bank transfer until you actually start taking lessons with your intensive instructor.

3: Once you begin your intensive driving course we pay your driving instructor in full and transfer your payment in full into their bank account. From that point onwards your instructor is solely responsible for refunding you via cash or bank transfer..

4: If for any reason you discontinue your course after beginning, 10% of your initial payment is non refundable and each lesson you have taken up to that point is chargeable at £60 per hour…

5: If we do not start your driving course within 8 weeks, due to Elevate not having any available driving instructors you are entitled to a full refund and the standard 10% online refund charge will be reduced to 5%.
